MOM'S YULETIDE LOAF CAKE
l/2 cup of crisco l and l/2 cups of brown sugar
2 eggs, Mix and beat well
2 and l/2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder l teaspoon of salt l teaspoon of cinnamon
l/2 teaspoon of all spice
l/4 teaspoon of cloves Mix well and add
2 cups of applesauce l cup of mincemeat Mix well and pour into a glass loaf pan bake at 350 for l hour
