Thank you, Mr. Hurt, for getting to the truth of Secret Simon’s real reason for an expensive and unnecessary animal control program. I know he lived in McCaulley, and thus Rotan and Roby city ordinances would not help him. I did not know of the loose dogs in McCaulley. State law would not help there.
