Judge Holt and the commissioners are going to close the jail like they have always wanted.It has nothing to do with the county not having the money.There is money to pay off the debt owed on the jail. The judge and commissioners refused to apply for the SB22 money last year. That cost the county $250,000. They refused to apply again...
