A brief bit about bonds and budgets

Rare is it that I find myself writing about each of the headlines in a single edition of the DMC, but with somewhere around 30 million of your tax dollars wrapped up in the stories shared this week, I felt it was more prudent to attempt to impart more advice than opinion this week.
