Rotan ISD board rejects grievance appeal over public comment policy

    The Rotan ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously March 10 to uphold the district’s current public participation policy after a Level Three grievance appeal filed by Double Mountain Chronicle editor Jeff Hurt, a Rotan ISD resident and parent.
