No Lease? Texas Opens Draw for Nearly 9,800 Hunt Permits

Texas hunters can now apply for the state’s 2026-27 public drawn hunt lottery, and for anyone in Fisher or Stonewall counties who has eyed a fall deer hunt without a lease, a nearby door just opened.
