At a scheduled pre-trial hearing on Wednesday regarding criminal charges brought against Fisher County Commissioner Preston Martin, the DA’s office stunned the gallery with a motion to dismiss all charges. After a brief recess to review the documents, Presiding Judge Earnie Armstrong granted the motion, officially ordering the dismissals.
