MSgt Joe Tom Elmore retired after 20 years in the Air Force from 1994 to 2015. He served in Japan, Alaska, Korea, North Dakota, and Louisiana in Aircraft Armament Systems maintaining weapons systems and loading all munitions and countermeasures on the F-15/F-16/A-10/B-52. He also was the Weapons Safety Manager and NCO at wing and command level. He learned we are all capable of doing more than anyone ever thinks. You can always go and do one more.
Frank Cross Ferrel served in the Air Force during WWII. In 1943, he was killed in the raids of the oil refineries in Ploesti, Romania, when his parachute did not open. His body was never recovered.
