During December, Fisher County Lions Clubs continued to promote literacy and reading with their semi-annual distribution of books to each elementary child through Grade 5 for their holiday reading enjoyment. Books are made available through First Book and Big Country Electric Cooperative was gracious to provide funds from their Operation Round-Up program to cover shipping.
