MOM'S LEMON JELLO CAKE

• 1 yellow cake mix

• l1 large box of lemon jello

• Mix together dry

• Add 4 eggs

• 3/4 cup of water

• 1/2 cup of crisco oil

• 1 teaspoon of lemon extract

• Mix all together in mixer and pour in a tube pan

• Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes

• Icing

• 2 cups of powdered sugar

• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

• Just enough water to make a thin glaze to pour over the hot cake!!!

• Be sure and flour and grease that tub…
