BELGIAN WAFFLES
Had a night, what was I going to fix for supper tired of everything so got the waffle maker out...
• 2 egg whites, beat until foamy
• l and l/2 cups of club soda
• 2 cups of pioneer baking mix
• Mix all together and pour on a greased waffle iron.
I make them and what Joe and I don't eat, I store them in a storage bag, and lay in the refrigerator, and take them out when we want them again…
