Richard “ Ricky” Andre` LeBleu, 64, of Sweetwater, Texas passed away on Thursday, July 31st, 2025 at his home. Funeral services for Richard will be on Monday, August 4th, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at First Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow at Belvieu Cemetery in Rotan, Texas. Reverend Kathy Monroe will be officiating services. There will be a family visitation at McCoy Funeral Home on Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
Richard was born on January 6, 1961 in Rotan, Texas to parents Dr. Bennie LeBleu and Frances LeBleu. He was the fourth of five children. He graduated from Rotan High School and also received Eagle Scout honor from the Boy Scouts of America in 1979. Richard married Treva Pettit on June 26, 1982 in Rotan, Texas. He worked for Stanley Morris Engineering for 17 years after receiving a Degree in Drafting from Texas State Technical College. Richard volunteered with different Boy Scouts of America troops in Sweetwater and was on several Eagle Scout Review Boards. He volunteered with girls softball in Sweetwater, Texas as a Board President and with the District 11 USA softball for many years.
Survivors are: Wife: Treva LeBleu, Daughters: Cayley LeBleu Scott and husband David of Sweetwater, Lacey LeBleu and husband Joshua McKinney of Farmington, New Mexico, Grandson: Caden Wilburn of Sweetwater, Granddaughters: Brynlee Scott of Sweetwater and Morgan Daniel of Rotan, TX, Great Grandson: Amondo Perales of Rotan, TX, Brothers: David LeBleu and wife Mona of Kerrville, Texas, Steve LeBleu of Coppers Cove, Texas, Sister: Becki LeBLeu of Killeen, Texas, Nephews: Dray Helms and wife Erin of Killeen, Texas, Donald Helms of Oregon and Numerous Cousins.
Pallbearers: Justin Wilburn, David Scott, Caden Wilburn, Joshua McKinney, Mark Meneses, Todd Shelton.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
