Heard around the Double Mountain area: On Monday evening I was told that a farmer in Stephenville area said if there is a foggy day to be ready for rain in 90 days from that day. So, keep that bit of information in your hat and let's see if there is some merit to that statement. It rained on Monday night...which by his theory there was fog on or around April 10-11th.
