Lucy Ragan Alls graduated from Angelo State University with her BSN-RN degree. Lucy has accepted a residency position in the ICU at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Ok. Lucy graduated Roby High School in 2020.
Lucy is the daughter of Brandon & Squirt Alls and granddaughter of Rhenda & Ernest Ragan and Lucy Starnes.
