Rotan ISD Superintendent Greg Decker informed trustees and members of the public on Monday that based on the reports from contractors, the construction project is almost 75% completed and retains nearly $5 million of the original bond funds to finish the work.
“Everything is bought, and everything is set, so we should be setting pretty good financially for the project,” said Decker.
