damage to the Stonewall Community Center and Library can clearly be seen extending from the foundation to the structure's ceiling.
The Stonewall County Commissioners met just before the New Year, reviewing but ultimately tabling a proposal from an architectural firm until other companies and engineers were able to assess the continuing damage to the county’s community center and library, as numerous cracks are occurring throughout the structure as the floor has cropped more than an inch in some places.
