After weeks of dispute and negotiation, the Roby CISD Board of Trustees approved a separation agreement with former Superintendent Jason Carter Monday night, which was contingent on the submission of Carter’s resignation the board also approved. In exchange for the resignation, the agreement also requires the district to pay Carter one year’s salary by the end of the month.
