Apowerful supercell thunderstorm developed in the far southern Texas Panhandle on the evening on June 21, causing widespread destruction as it moved through the state, leaving behind a trail of devastation and claiming multiple lives before passing across the Double Mountains and into Nolan and Jones counties.
