Instructions:

1.Combine the cabbage, green pepper, onions, and 2 cups of sugar. Set aside.

2.In a saucepan, add salt, celery seed, 2 tablespoons sugar, olive oil, and cider vinegar.

3.Bring to a boil, then let it cool completely.

4.When the dressing is cool, pour it over your cabbage mixture.

5.Let it sit in the refrigerator for several days.
