Aspermont’s downtown square could soon see new life, as during the Aspermont City Council’s December meeting, Economic Development and Industrial Development Director Steven Clowe briefed officials on a possible proposal from local investor Byron Rogers to purchase and restore the town’s old hotel building — a long-standing landmark that’s been vacant for years.
