USDA LAUNCHES TOOL SHOWING FEDERAL LOANS IN RURAL COMMUNITIES

Residents of Fisher County, Stonewall County, and rural communities across Texas can now see exactly where federal loan dollars are flowing in their area through a new online tool unveiled Sunday by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

USDA PROGRAMS AVAILABLE LOCALLY

Both Fisher County and Stonewall County qualify as rural under USDA guidelines, making residents and local governments eligible for dozens of federal programs.

FISHER COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT

Fisher County Appraisal District determines the value of all taxable property within the county. Before the appraisals begin, the district compiles a list of taxable property. The listing for each property contains a description and the name and address of the owner.
