Dear Senior, Can you offer me any tips on choosing and using a home blood pressure monitor? I just found out I have high blood pressure and my doctor recommended I get a home monitor so I can keep tabs on it.

OMG this weather is something else, ninety-one one day and 30 the next. That's enough to make one's body get all messed up, that's when we get sick. I like the warm weather better than the cold.Susan and I had another funeral this week, more sadness for our family again.
