MACARONI & CHEESE

8 ounces macaroni

2 1/4 ounces butter

1 onion, finely chopped

3 tsp plain flour

2 cups milk

2 tsp W.Grain Mustard

9 ounces or 2/1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

7 ounces French bread crumbs (or whatever you like crumbs)

• Cook pasta. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
