Lions pounce the Bobcats 64-14

The Roby Lions continued to roar Friday night as they again forced the mercy rule on the Bobcats, beating Rule 64-14 in the third quarter. Although the Bobcats were the first to score, the Lions responded with a series of plays, with Kaige Covington carrying the ball in for a touchdown.

Lions Round-up the Longhorns by Half

The Lions trampled the Bronte Longhorns 54 – 6, ending Friday night’s game at the half under the 45-point mercy rule. The Lions dominated the first quarter, gaining their first touchdown of the night with a handoff between Braxton Coker and Kaige Covington.
