Cissa Dixon rides her way to the NBHA Texas State Championship

17-year-old Cissa Dixon will be heading to Waco this weekend, and in keeping with her pursuit of new experiences and meeting challenges head-on, she will saddle up for her first race at NBHA Texas State Championship Show on September 26-27.

Roby CISD Public Bond hearing attended by two

Roby CISD hosted its first of three public hearings Monday night to allow for school officials and bond team members to share information with the community and allow for questions to be answered before voters make their final decision on the November ballot.

Aspermont COVID-19 Relief Program suspended

The Aspermont Economic and Industrial Development corporations officially announced last week it would be suspending its COVID-19 Business/Job Retention Grant Application until further notice. The program has assisted several Aspermont businesses to maintain buoyancy since being introduced in April.
