1 bag baby carrots - diced

3-4 garlic cloves - minced

8 oz fresh mushrooms - diced or chopped

6 c beef broth

salt and pepper - to taste

1-2 c water

24 oz jar spaghetti sauce

1 bag baby spinach - chopped

8 oz cream cheese - cut into chunks (may use 16 oz if creamier soup, preferred)
