  • The existing structure, having previously been a medical building, will greatly shorten the time needed to make for upgrades and refurbishments. The new clinic's design and refurbishment plans are being developed in collaboration with the lessor and a team of expert planners and architects. Rehabilitation of the existing structure is expected to commence soon, with the process estimated to take approximately 18 months. The anticipated opening of the clinic is in early 2026
