Forced Resignation Due To Eligibility Issues

After receiving a letter on Tuesday that questioned his eligibility to hold the office, Fisher County Sheriff Simon Wade submitted his resignation on Wednesday, with officials calling an emergency meeting on Thursday to discuss how to fill the vacancy ahead of the November 5 General Election.
