The City of Aspermont and much of Stonewall County continue to receive aid from neighbors far and wide as locals have been rationing water since the city’s main-line ruptured only hours before a week of sub-zero temperatures hit the region. Food and water were donated from surrounding communities and the Texas National Guard delivered pallets of drinking water over the weekend.
