CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

FILLING:

1 medium chicken, cooked and salted

1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened

1 large onion, chopped

Debone chicken and chop into small pieces. Mix chicken, cream cheese and onion and set aside

SAUCE:

1 stick oleo

1 onion

1 can chopped green chiiles

1 can tomatoes

1 can tomato paste

1 can cream of chicken soup

Jalapenos, as desired
