Reyes Gaspar Fortuna Figueroa was escorted by FCSD Sergeant Matt McKay to the Fisher County Courthouse Tuesday morning for the beginning of his sentencing trial.
Members of the Ramon family looked on from the gallery, as the sentencing trail against Reyes Gaspar Fortuna Figueroa on Tuesday and carried into Wednesday evening. With a guilty plea on record, the Fisher County Jurors heard testimony associated with the November car crash that claimed the life of Leticia Ramon before sentencing Figueroa to 20 years of confinement.
