3 egg whites beaten until stiff but not dry
1 cup of sugar added gradually
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
fold in 20 crushed Ritz crackers
Add a 1/2 cup of coconut and a 1/2 of cup of pecans, chopped. Pour into a buttered pie plate and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill for 4 hours and serve with whipped cream
