300 gr flour (2 3/8 cups)

200 gr semolina (1 cup plus 1 Tablespoons)

6 eggs

1 glass water

1 small spoon salt

Place the flour and semolina in a pile on a noodle board. Make a well in the flour mix and pour in the eggs (lightly beaten) and enough water to make a dough. Knead the dough well and shape into balls about the size of an egg.
