Fisher County Sheriff Randy Ford swore in his newest deputy last Friday, rounding out the department’s roster. Fisher County Deputy Erick Reynolds took his oath early on August 27.
Reynolds spent 20 years in the USAF — much of which at Dyess — before retiring at Lackland AFB. After the service, he worked for the Stephenville Police Department for five years and another two for the Erath County Sheriff's Office. His wife of 22 years, Tonya Reynolds — who serves as the Health Service Administrator at the detention center in nearby Anson — pinned on his badge, and they both immediately went to work.
