2 small red onions - diced

1/2 tsp oregano

2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp chili powder

1 tsp tomato paste

1 cup dry white wine

2 cans (15.5 oz) kidney beans - drained and rinsed (or cook yourself)

3 tsp chopped cilantro leaves

7 oz corn chips

2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese sour cream to serve
