DOUBLE MOUNTAIN CHRONICLE

The Rotan City Council approved the initiation of the first code enforcement measures in an ongoing effort to address numerous dilapidated structures throughout the city. While the city has the option of addressing multiple structures at one time, officials agreed beginning with a single structure will give the council a clear idea of the process moving forward.
