Work is moving ahead on Rotan ISD’s bond-funded renovation project, with trustees receiving their first look at early design renderings during a September 16 presentation by WRA Architects. This was the first design-development update since voters approved the bond earlier this year, giving the public and trustees a clearer picture of what is in store for the district’s facilities.
