The Rotan Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is asking residents to weigh in on the future of one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks — the Lance Theater. An online survey, open through October 15, invites the community to share whether they support restoring the historic downtown building and what types of events or activities they would like to see hosted there if it is rehabilitated.
