Abbott: No government mandated vaccine passports in Texas

Gov. Greg Abbott issued an executive order last week banning state agencies, cities or counties from creating a “vaccine passport” requirement. In addition, organizations that receive public funds are prohibited from requiring consumers to prove they have received the COVID-19 vaccine.

Dear Editor: On February 26, 2021, I read in your newspaper, Kid Scoop's weekly article directed toward the youth audience showcasing yoga. As a child in Texas Public Schools in the 1970's, I did not receive yoga training. Personally, I do not support any sort of yoga.
