Planning underway to address aging water infrastructure

The Rotan City Council met earlier this month, where questions were raised about the city’s water towers and the plan for repairing the deteriorating structures. While there has been no movement toward addressing the issue since the city’s 2022 inspection due to miscommunication, the city’s engineers said the next step will be for the council to determine its goals moving forward.
