Aspermont wins big over Roby Lions

On January 7th, the Aspermont Hornets and Lady Hornets met up with the Roby Lions in a much anticipated district match-up. The Varsity Girls battled it out with Roby, keeping it a close game, but the Lady Hornets defeated Roby 36-25.

Lion teams fall to Aspermont Hornets

Friday night the Pride traveled to Aspermont to take on the Swarm. The night ended in defeat for the Lions and Lady Lions. Though both teams are discouraged, they intend to keep fighting hard. Starting off the night of intense games were the Lady Lions.

Aspermont wins big district matches against Knox City

On December 31st, the Hornets and Lady Hornets played the Knox City Greyhounds. The day started off right with the JV girls defeating the Houndettes by a score of 34-15. Next up were the varsity Lady Hornets, who continued the winning streak with a score of 71-16. The girls started out with a bang!

District competition started off with a bang Friday night in the Lion’s Den. The Lady Lions faced off against their county rivals, the Rotan Lady Yellowhammers. With a final score of 46-21, the Lady Lions took the win, and are now preparing to take the district by storm.
