There must be a million items in Jo Parker’s Christmas display located in a downtown building in Eldorado. These include figures, nutcrackers, lighted houses, manger scenes, Christmas art on the walls, holiday items on tables and shelves and a model train that runs around the Christmas tree.

This week was something of a challenge in Stamford. For the second time in six months, our brand-new, state-of-the-art, multimillion dollar water treatment plant suffered a rapid slowdown in water treatment capacity that compromised our ability to meet our local water needs.

Wow it's cold in Aspermont, Texas, this morning, I told Ann yesterday, I was so thankful for my nice warm house. I don't have to get up and light the fire every morning like my Mom did. Remember those good old days, well I'm so thankful I don't have them.
