Juan Daniel Rodriguez, better known as “Danny”, age 64, passed away Friday, February 26, 2021 from complications of a serious fall in October of 2020. Danny was born May 13, 1956 in Rotan, Texas to Rosa Botello and Fidel Rodriguez.

Emmett William Wallace 76, of Roby passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021 at his residence. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Roby Cemetery. Interment will follow under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home of Sweetwater. Emmett was born May 8, 1944 in Big Spring, TX.

Kathleen Bennett, 77, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 5, 2021 in Rotan. Visitation will be 1 PM Friday, April 9th at Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home. Service will be held in the Chapel at 2 PM and officiated by Chaplain Jim Hargrove. Burial will follow at Belvieu Cemetery.

ROBY – KIEFER CALVIN CAUBLE, 88, passed away on March 29, 2021 at Fisher County Hospital in Rotan. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 1, 2021, at the First United Methodist Church of Roby. Burial will be in Roby Cemetery, directed by Adams-Graham Funeral Home of Anson.

Rotan- Ola Mae Woolf, passed away March 22,2021, in Abilene. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Rotan. Burial will be in Belvieu Cemetery, directed by Weathersbee-Ray Funeral Home.

Neva Hall, age 88 of Roby, passed away, Thursday, March 4, 2021. A private funeral service for family only will be held at Belvieu Cemetery in Rotan. Services have been entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.

Herbert Conrad Lakey - born July 2, 1939, to Boyd Herbert and Hartines Elaine (Donham) Lakey in Hamlin, Texas. He passed away on March 4, 2021. Herb attended Hamlin schools and graduated in 1957.
