Warbler species facts, research topic of Aug. 14-18 webinar series

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service’s Birding with Extension program will be holding a Warbler Week webinar series Aug. 14-18 as part of its annual Virtual Birding with Extension program to discuss an array of information on warbler species. The webinars will be held daily from noon-1 p.m.

Stonewall County propose salary increase

The Stonewall County Commissioners Court approved pay increases across the board during its final meeting in July. The decision comes as an attempt to offset significant salary mandates on the sheriff's salary, as legislators passed a minimum annual base pay of $75,000.
