The stands were packed, not only with high school students, but parents, exes, and loyal fans. This year’s captains walked across the field, preparing for the coin toss. The coin was flipped and the game soon began. The Lions would start on defense.
The Lions homecoming game came to a bittersweet end last Friday, as they lost to Irion County 6-54. Their record now stands at 0-3.
