The Rotan Lady Hammer Volleyball team racked up another solid week of wins over opponents last week.
On Tuesday (9/15), they traveled to take on the Paducah Lady Dragons once more, putting them away in 4 sets. Then on Saturday, the Lady Hammers traveled to Roscoe to due battle with the Plowgirls, which turned into a knock- down drag-out 5 set clash.
After dropping the 1st and 3rd sets of the game, Rotan rallied in the 4th, overcoming an early 10 point deficit to force a 5th set. They would finish on top 15-12 in the final set and take home a well earned 3-2 victory.
The Lady Hammers will play their first district game against the Aspermont Lady Hornets on Tuesday (9/22), followed by a Friday match with Benjamin (9/25).
