We beat the HEAT!! Roger Julien (formally of Michigan), his wife Mittie (from Old Glory), daughter WandaKay and husband, Jeff Gebben (also from Michigan), all travelled to Grand Haven, MI over the July 4th weekend. The weather was perfect and they had a wonderful visit with family and friends.

South Plains College names biology wing to honor Fisher County native David Etheredge

LEVELLAND – South Plains College recently unveiled the David R. Etheredge Wing in the Wilburn and Helen Wheeler Science Center on the Levelland campus. The wing's naming was part of a gift provided by SPC alumnus Bill Wheeler and his wife, Sandy, and the unveiling was held in a private ceremony.

Milk prices slump despite summer demand bump

Summer demand for ice cream and other dairybased cold treats has historically contributed to higher milk prices for producers, but that has not been the case so far in 2023, according to Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service experts.
