It's beginning to looand feel like Spring, we had a bad cloud the first part of the week. We got a little rain, but lot of thunder and lighting and hard wind. We had a couple more little showers this week and we appreciate every drop. Here we are into March and another busy month and more wind.

Texas once again has topped the list for new and expanded corporate facilities added in a year, according to Site Selection Magazine. With 1,028 new projects in 2022, the state had more than the next two states combined – Illinois and Ohio.

The Fisher County Hospital District Board of Directors met in a special meeting on Monday for the singular action of declaring Mesquite Star LLC to be placed in default status according to its 2019 tax abatement agreement with the district.
