With most of the prefabricated pieces arriving late last month, the construction of Stonewall Memorial Hospital’s new covid clinic is underway, but with another section on the way and plenty of utility and finishing work to do, the final completion date is still three months away.

Mayor Pete Garcia and Rotan Director of Public Works Brian James watched along with fellow councilmen and city work crew as representatives with Texas Patcher demonstrated its DuraPatcher machine's ability when repairing this troublesome pothole.
