The First Baptist Church of Aspermont broke ground on a new sanctuary on Sunday, almost a year to the day from when an electrical fire destroyed the church just before Fathers Day last June.

Roby Ex Students Association presents scholarship check to 2021 Graduate, Payton Dickson

Members of the Roby Ex Students Association presented a $500 scholarship check to Miss Payton Dickson last week. Payton is the daughter of Nick Dickson and Sarah McLen. She was also named the 2021 Salutatorian of Roby CISD with a grade point average of 100.90625.
